How does shipping works?

We partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, Pakistan etc. via our partners.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking) :)

We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

 

Is There a Warranty on My Product?

If your product is delivered damaged or defective, we will always make this right by sending a replacement. If the time has passed since receiving your purchase and the item breaks, you will be interested in learning if the product has a warranty. 

Warranties are handled by the product's supplier. The best way to get in contact with them is by going to the Purchases section in your Account. Click on the order to expand it. At the bottom of the redemption instructions, you will find a support contact from the product's seller. Reach out to them for more information on manufacturer warranties. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact us by accessing the link at the top of this page.

IMPORTANT: If your item is damaged or defective, please include any physical evidence (photos or videos) you can provide to our team.  We require physical evidence for any return/replacement requests, so please include this information in your initial email.  This will help our team expedite the process, so we can send you a new, working product as soon as possible. 

 

Can I Get a Refund for My Purchase?

Many of the deals on our site have an All Sales Final Policy due to the fact that they are heavily discounted and are only available for a limited amount of time.

The Refund Policy will always be stated in the TERMS section of the deal page. The only exception to this policy is for Promotions that contain our "15-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed" badge.

Be sure to review the Refund Policy before making your purchase and feel free to contact our team at any time for questions regarding your order! 

 

My Product is Damaged or Defective; How Do I Return It?

If you received your product and believe it to be defective, or it arrives damaged, don't worry - we will get you taken care of by offering you a replacement. Simply reach out via the "Contact Us" link found at the top of this page within 30 days of your purchase's shipment date.  Include your order number and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect.We're happy to help out!

My Order is Stuck or Lost in Transit. What Do I Do?

Every once in a while, orders can get stuck or lost in transit.  If this happens, don't worry, we'll get you taken care of!  On the other hand, when tracking information hasn't shown progress in several days, many people think their order is stuck or lost when it isn't.

It's important to understand that during the tracking process, orders can sometimes be in the same phase for up to a week without making any updates.  This doesn't always mean the order is lost.  During the shipping process, orders are handed over to different processing and sorting centers.  When a package arrives at a new sorting facility, it can sometimes stay there for several days before moving to the next phase. 

We recommend customers wait a week or so before checking with Customer Support.  Either way, we will be sure to work with you until your shipment is received, even if that means shipping it again! 

 

Where is My Order?

You can find the most updated information on your shipment on the Purchase Page of your account.

That being said, shipping times vary depending on the deal. To get an estimate on when your order will ship, check the TERMS section of the deal's page before you place an order. 

As soon as the order ships, you will get an email with tracking information. Since our deals, our heavily discounted, shipping times are slightly longer and can sometimes take up to 3 weeks for US orders and 6 weeks for International orders.

We offer 30 days money back guarantee, No questions asked. You have to pay for the shipping, we will refund the money as soon as we receive the product in its original condition. Damaged / used products are non returnable.
